RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
HELLO SWEET FAMILY, WE HAVE ONCE AGAIN BEEN PRIVILEGED TO LEASE TERRAPIN HILL FARM FROM THE CASHEL FAMILY, AND WE MAKE YOU KINDLY WELCOME. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A WORKING FARM AND A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT. CERTAIN BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO YOUR REMOVAL, BANISHMENT, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES. PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
We are here to celebrate peace, culture and music. No violence will be tolerated. Ever. We have private security and EMS teams on site to insure your safety, but we rely on you, our patrons to respect our other guests in all ways. 

  1. This event is open to the public. We cannot keep law enforcement from entering the premises. No privacy right exists. You are in a public place, act accordingly. 
  2. Any public violations of laws regarding obscenity, nudity, public intoxication, or public drug use cannot and will not be tolerated. 
  3. No possession of hard drugs or non-prescribed narcotics of any kind will be tolerated. This is not the place. Nowhere is. Violation will result in your being barred from the property and subject to being sent to a designated area awaiting a sober driver.  
  4. Trafficking of drugs, alcohol, or any other contraband is strictly prohibited, and will result in your being permanently barred from the property subject to being sent to a designated area awaiting a sober driver.
  5. The law defines Trafficking as “to buy, sell, or give away”. 
  6. All other vending must occur in the designated areas only, and be registered with our management. 
  1. We do not control the highways accessing this property. It is legal, and likely, that law enforcement may set up road blocks or other measures to enforce driving, drug, or other laws. We cannot stop that, and will not try. However, patrons leaving the property may be subject to inspection by our own security team to insure sober drivers, and if none available will be asked to wait until one is available, in order to protect our other patrons, as well as our neighbors or other citizens traveling those public roads.
