Camping & Lodging
Terrapin Hill is a family-owned working organic farm. Full respect of the property and each other is expected at all times.
- On-site camping is included in most tickets and you can camp next to your vehicle. RVs are welcome in the campgrounds if generators are not used. There is a special field for RVs if you DO want to run a generator. There are a very limited number of RV hookup sites (electric and water only) that must be reserved in advance, contact the event organizer to inquire about availability.
- There are hot showers and flush toilets in the central venue area, and port-o-lets are provided in the camping areas.
- Spigots with drinkable water are located in the vending area near the restrooms and behind the general store.
- Mercer County is a dry county and the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Please DO NOT bring glass; if you see broken glass, clean it up.
- No illegal substances whatsoever. Be aware road blocks are a possibility and law enforcement have the right to enter the property at any time. Be smart; arrive early and stay to the end; don't drink and drive. Ticket purchasers agree to these Rules and Expectations.
- Swimming/boating/paddleboarding is completely AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Please be respectful and stay out of all gardens, storage buildings, and barns. There is a road that leads to the owners' home that is completely off limits - if it says do not enter, then do not enter.
- There is no entry from adjoining properties. This is trespassing and will be dealt with accordingly!
Dogs:
There are owners' dogs that live on the property and have free range. Please abide by the pet policy for whatever event you are attending.
Campfires:
Personal campfires are usually allowed unless a burn ban is in place (signs will be posted). Most of the campgrounds are mowed for hay. Be sure to clean up your fire before you leave (as well as the rest of your campsite), including any rocks and leftover wood. DO NOT bring in outside firewood at the risk of spreading insects or disease. There is plenty of firewood that can be gathered in the woods.
In case you forget anything, the Terrapin Hill General Store is stocked with many of your camping needs, including ice, drinking water, food, tarps, rain gear, flashlights and other assorted sundries. (Only open for some events)
Nearby Lodging in Harrodsburg, KY (approx. 15 minutes from the festival venue):
Econo Lodge, 105 Commercial Drive, Harrodsburg
Quality Inn, 1680 Danville Rd, Harrodsburg
Re-entry may or may not be allowed, be sure to check event details.
